My passion for bodybuilding started at an early age while watching my father compete in bodybuilding competitions. My father taught me a lot about training and diet and my mum taught me a lot about meditation. Both my parents have shaped my beliefs and I am grateful for the lessons.
I have never eaten meat. Growing up I was lactose vegetarian. I have been a vegan for a few years now and I feel healthier and better about myself. I've been competing in Fitness comps for the last 7 years.
As a vegan athlete I want to show others that it is possible to gain significant muscle and strength on a vegan diet and I want to inspire others to follow this lifestyle.I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body and nurturing a strong mind.
