Brazilian vegan cook, content creator and traveler, currently living for 3 months in Melbourne. Graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute (NY) in 2017, and has since then developed recipes, given workshops and lectures on plant based cooking and holistic wellbeing, as well as supporting people transition to a more conscious eating and lifestyle. Loves sharing the pleasure and benefits of cooking from natural, local and seasonal ingredients.
